About SchengenTracker
SchengenTracker helps UK haulage companies and transport managers keep their drivers inside the Schengen 90/180-day limit. It is built and run by Pandakoo Ltd, a UK software company based in Ealing, London.
What we do
Since Brexit, UK drivers can spend no more than 90 days in the Schengen Area in any rolling 180-day period, and the EU's Entry/Exit System now records every crossing. Working that out by hand for a whole fleet is slow and error-prone.
SchengenTracker records each driver's entry and exit dates, calculates the rolling 180-day window automatically, and emails you before a driver gets close to the limit. Anyone can also use our free Schengen calculator.
How we write our guides and news
Our guides and blog cover the Schengen rules, EES and ETIAS changes that affect UK hauliers. Posts link to their sources, such as the European Commission, UK Parliament and port operators. When the facts change, we update the post and show the date of the update.
